When We Lose the Agile Focus in Our Organizations
Explore the importance of agile culture in business and discover how to truly embrace agility within your organization.

In the business environment, it is common to have knowledge about agile methodologies, frameworks, and applications, but we often overlook the importance of the agile culture. By disregarding the agile culture, we solely focus on the tools, forgetting that people are the primary factor we should consider in terms of interaction, collaboration, value delivery, and responsiveness to change. All of this is part of the human aspect. To truly be agile, all parties involved must adopt an agile mindset, and teams working in an agile approach should receive support from both other teams within the organization and the client.

Therefore, being agile is not simply about doing things in an agile manner, but about being agile, as shown in the graph on the right (Being Agile), and not losing the agile focus.
