I recommend reading the 16th State of Agile Report by digital.ai to gain insights into the current state of cultural agility. Often, we tend to think that by using agile tools and methodologies, our organization becomes agile immediately. However, in practice, we realize that it is not working as we expected. To address this, it is helpful to ask ourselves questions in each of the suggested dimensions: Technology, Processes, Organization, and People. In this article, I presented one question for each dimension to help us navigate the transformation towards an agile culture in our organization. In future articles, I will continue to propose more questions about cultural agility.
