Technological Aids

I've found an excellent mobile app that can help minimize procrastination: it's called Forest and it helps you focus by avoiding distractions. When you open the app, you can plant a virtual tree. If you disconnect from the app, the tree will die. But if you manage to concentrate and complete the task without interruptions, the tree will grow.
